The Erwin family is complete

Jim told me today to write on my blog... so after over a year here we are...

What has happened in the Erwin family lately? In July this year we (finally) adopted Haily and Olivia. They had been living with us as foster children for 2 1/2 years and we are so happy how everything worked out. Haily accepted Jesus and got baptized in July in the Cassville swimming pool.

I also have a prayer request. My dad, Ewald has biliary cancer and has been taking Chemo treatments since July. The tumor has become smaller and we pray for complete healing.

I promise to write sooner next time! My life is busy!

Jim hat mir heute gesagt, dass ich mal wieder etwas auf meinem blog schreiben soll...

Was ist im letzten Jahr alles in der Erwin Familie passiert? Letzten Juli konnten wir endlich Haily und Olivia adoptieren. Sie haben fuer 2 1/2 Jahre als Pflegekinder mit uns gelebt und wir sind sehr froh, dass alles so gut geklappt hat. Haily hat sich im Juli bekehrt und wurde im Schwimmbad in Cassville getauft.

Ich habe noch ein Gebetsanliegen. Mein Vater Ewald hat Gallenkrebs und bekommt seit Juli Chemotherapien. Der Tumor ist schon kleiner geworden und wir beten fuer voellige Heilung.

Ich verspreche naechstes Mal frueher zu schreiben. Ich bin sehr beschaeftigt!
