Wir sind die ganze Woche am rumrennen. Wir haben Jim´s Führerschein umschreiben lassen. Ich habe erfahren, dass ich die praktische und theoritische Führerscheinprüfung machen muss. Ich habe ein Büchlein bekommen mit den ganzen Regeln und muss mich damit ein bisschen vorbereiten. Um den praktischen Test mache ich mir nicht so viele Sorgen, da ich in Deutschland bereits 20 Jahre gefahren bin.
Die Hausrenovierung geht auch voran. Heute kam die neue Badewanne rein und morgen wird eine neue Wand für ein Zimmer eingezogen. Jim und ich fahren ständig zum Baumarkt und kaufen Material. Heute haben wir neue Bodenbeläge gekauft. Wenn das Haus fertig ist werde ich Bilder einstellen.
We have been running around for the whole week. Jim switched to his Missouri drivers license. They told me that I have to take both the written and driving tests. They gave me a booklet with the rules to get prepared. I am not that concerned about the driving test because I have been driving in Germany for 20 years.
The house renovation is continuing. Today they set in the new bath tub and tomorrow they will put in a new wall for a room. Jim and I are driving a lot to Lowe´s to buy material. Today we bought flooring. When the house is finished I will put pictures on this blog.

Jim looks like a happy farmer on his ground but you Heike, although smiling as nice, still a little bit like a tourist...
